Welcome to Luang Prabang, your family will receive a friendly reception from our guide and driver. Then transfer to the hotel.

Once your check-in procedures are completed, our guide leads you through the charming streets of Luang Prabang, allowing your family to gain insights into daily life here and even participate in a petanque game with the local team.

Late afternoon, tourists are able to be a part of the Baci ceremony, an essential part of Lao culture, performed during important life events such as weddings, births, or to welcome guests. It's a beautiful expression of the values of harmony, respect, and community cherished in Laos.

Following these activities, you'll enjoy dinner with the host family, providing an excellent introduction to the rich culture of Laos.

Our driver will pick your family up from your hotel at8:30and then drop you at Nahm Dong Park.

Located 10 km from the center of Luang Prabang, Nahm Dong Park is a vast place of beautiful plants, lush greenery, exquisite fauna, and rushing waters. First, your family has the luck to discover the diversity and specialty of traditional Lao cuisine in a cooking class. You can visit the gardens and choose your ingredients. You will be provided a booklet including every recipe, and the course will help you learn at least five dishes. The lunch will be what visitors have learned and created.

Next, we will embark on our adventure in the park, where we will experience the thrill of ziplining through the lush jungle and taking in the breathtaking evergreen landscape. This experience is expected to last approximately 1 hour.

We walk back through the jungle trail with its bridges, streams, and refreshing natural pools. The rest of the afternoon can be spent exploring the park, relaxing in camp huts, or enjoying the clear natural pools.

In the late afternoon, tourists will return to the nearby Hillside Resort, where you will stay overnight.

Note:It will take approximately 1-3 hours for trekking and 1 hour for Zipline, depending on the route that you choose.

Following breakfast, you have the option to unwind at your leisure or partake in the engaging resort offerings.

The resort offers a diverse range of activities, including exploring the village of Ban Xiengmouk or visiting the local school. The most attractive pastime suitable for your kids is arranging pony rides in the bamboo forest.

Awakening with the sunrise, tourists can take part in Laos's most revered tradition, the daily almsgiving ritual. Over 200 monks from various temples traverse the streets daily to receive their daily sustenance from residents.

Afterward, immerse yourself in a colorful tapestry of sights, sounds, and aromas in the temporary morning market near the former Royal Palace.

Following your breakfast, our route leads you to the Royal Palace Museum. This exquisite museum was once the residence of the Lao monarchy and stands as a symbol of the nation's rich history and royal heritage.

Our next stop in the city is the magnificent Wat Xiengthong, renowned for its stunning architecture, intricate detailing, and ornate decoration.

Your family will pay a visit to the outstanding Kuang Si Waterfall and will be greeted by cascading turquoise waters tumbling down a series of terraced limestone pools.

You can visit the Buffalo Dairy Farmon the way to Kuang Si Waterfalls and witness the traditional practice of buffalo farming, where these gentle creatures are raised for their milk.

Late afternoon, we ascend the 329 steps to the top of Phousi Hill, where we're rewarded with a breathtaking view of the city bathed in the warm hues of the setting sun, casting a mesmerizing reflection on the tranquil waters of the Mekong River.

Our last stop is the famous Night Market, a treasure trove of exquisite handmade textiles crafted by local artisans and hill tribe communities overnight in Luang Prabang.

After breakfast, visitors will begin the adventure today by cruising by boat and viewing the stunning beauty of nature. Along the way, you seize the moment to stop by some villages and see how locals create a vibrant and beautiful culture. We continue on the journey to Pak Ou Caves, a renowned religious site and a testament to the country's rich Buddhist heritage.

Leaving the caves, we will drive to Nong Khiaw, known for its stunning limestone cliffs and serene river views.

After visiting the caves, we will hop on the car and continue the transfer to Nong Khiaw, the small town along the lazy Nam Ou River.

This evening, we plan to explore the historical cave of Phathok. Inside the cave, remnants of that era, such as bamboo sleeping platforms and cooking utensils, provide a unique glimpse into the past. Today, it stands as a testament to the resilience of the local people and is a fascinating historical site for travelers interested in the region's history.

While heading back to Nong Khiaw, you can admire the picturesque view of rice paddies and the sunset over the river.

Your family will start the day with a tranquil boat journey along the sereneNam ou River. As cruising, take the opportunity to immerse yourself in the essence of a small Lao village nestled along the riverbanks.

The day's highlight awaits as you set out on the mesmerizing "100 Waterfalls Adventure Trail". Walk through picturesque small streams and vibrant rice fields, your journey culminates at the base of the legendary 100 Waterfalls. Here, you will experience a refreshing swim in the enchanting green nature.

After we enjoy the mist that sprays off the thundering falls, our guide will amaze you with a tasty local-style lunch.

Heading back to the village after lunch, visitors will have some free time to engage in the daily life of the Nam Ou Riverside village before boarding the boat to return to Nong Khiaw.

Our tour schedule starts at 8:00. We set off on our adventure by boarding a 2.5-hour local-long boat for a captivating upstream journey, offering us a glimpse of some breathtaking landscapes. We can stop by the local school during the weekdays to see the adorable children participating in their classes.

Next, we pay a visit to Tad Mork, a picturesque waterfall near the Khmu village of Ban Sop Kong in Northern Laos, an hour's trek from the river.

Leaving the waterfall, you will be taken back to the river and embark on an upstream cruise toward the charming village of Muang Ngoy. This small town has towering limestone karsts that create a dramatic backdrop as they rise from the lush, green forests.

If time permits, we have a chance to stop by a restaurant for a drink and then transfer back to Nong Khiaw. Stay overnight in Nong Khiaw.

Note: It will take approximately 2.5 hours for a boat trip and 2.5 hours for walking.

After breakfast, visitors drive to Ban Muang Soune, which is situated in a beautiful natural area with a rural and mountainous landscape.

Upon arrival in the village, you will be warmly greeted by the host family. Explore the town to witness local life, including a visit to the village chief's house for insightful discussions about village history and daily life.

Then you will have a traditional meal at the host family's house.

In the afternoon, you can relax or participate in agricultural activities, including rice planting and harvesting (season permitting) or a leisurely walk around the farm and rice fields.

After that, you have the opportunity to enrich your knowledge about Laos cuisine by preparing dinner with the host. The host family will share local folk tales during dinner, with our guide providing translations.

Before bedtime, visitors may stroll around the town to connect with nature along the riverbank.

This morning, visitors can admire the incredible dawn view over the Nam Ou River and the nearby mountains.

Following your breakfast at the hotel, you will have a great chance to experience the traditional fishing techniques by the stunningNam Ou River. Then, a relaxing boat trip will be set off to explore the surrounding areas.

After that, we return to the village at11:00 to catch the transfer back to Prabang.

Late afternoon, tourists will head to Lao Red Cross, where they offer massages as a form of stress relief and emotional support.

One of the most exciting activities not included in the tour but can be suggested to tourists is watching the oldest film about Laos in Amalea Restaurant, the 100-year-old Chang Movie. You can buy a ticket on the spot and enjoy the special meaning behind the movie.
