3 Days Relaxing & Discovering in Nha Trang Beach

Reign as the Queen of Vietnam’s beaches, Nha Trang is widely recognized because of its gorgeous beaches and the finest climatic conditions. Nha Trang is perfect for a lovely holiday in Vietnam. In 3 days, tourists can relax by joining in many exciting activities, or just laying lazily on the beach, enjoying the sea, the sun, and white sand.

The First day in Nha Trang

Nha Trang is a relaxed city with a lot of beautiful spots, especially the island such as Mun Island, Mot Island, Tam Island, Mieu Island, etc. On the first day, take the island tour by boat to discover some of the islands around the bay. Start from Cau Da Port, Tri Nguyen Aquarium on Mieu Island is the first place to visit. It is currently the largest-scale aquarium in Vietnam. There you will have a chance to explore the ocean bottom and contemplate the life of marine species, along with the companion of the mermaid. Bai Tranh Beach is also a popular attraction of Mieu Island with a lot of gravel, but also has a sandy beach with clear blue water, ideal for bathing. In addition, there have many water sports such as jet-skiing, parachute-pulled canoe, snorkel diving, or coral viewing by glass-bottom boat.



On the shore are the leaf hut and wooden chairs for visitors to relax and enjoy fresh seafood. Take a fresh lunch at the island then depart for Mun Island, one of the best romantic islands of the island system in Nha Trang. It is the best island for snorkeling where you can see lots of lives colorful corals and fish. You will also be able to see caves in which the sea swallows make their nest. Come back to Nha Trang City in the late afternoon.



In the evening, you can take a stroll around Biet Thu Tourist District to enjoy the view of the city at night.

The Second day in Nha Trang

On the second day, you will have an opportunity to experience the "true" of Vietnamese countryside by taking part in the country biking safaris tour. A few kilometers from Nha Trang’s beachfront is the countryside with palm trees, fruit orchards, and irrigated rice paddy fields. Spend all your day cycling to interact with the local people as they go about their daily lives and exploring the country trails, village life, town and farms, pagodas. Ride back to the city and go shopping at Dam Market, the biggest market in Nha Trang, to experience the local atmosphere as well as buy some souvenirs.



Being a beach town, a seafood meal is a must. Pick out your own live crab, shrimp, lobster, clams… and have it cooked-to-order at one of the many restaurants along the main road, just a short 10 minute taxi ride heading north of the center of town, beyond the Dam Market and the Tran Phu Bridge. Everything is priced by kilo and includes the cost of cooking.

The Third day in Nha Trang

In the third day morning, come to the entertainment park on Hon Tre Island, Vinpearl Land which has to be “the happiest place in Vietnam.” An all-in-one ticket includes the round-trip gondola ride and unlimited access to all the fun and games, including various animal shows and musical performances. Remember that, visitors are not allowed to bring food or drinks (except for water) with them.

In the afternoon, pay a visit to the Po Nagar Temple – cultural and historical relics of the Cham people.



Nearby is the Thap Ba Hot Springs – a great way to spend a half-day wallowing in various liquids said to rejuvenate your skin. Prices are very reasonable and depend on how many people share a tub. After 20 minutes soaking in warm mud, get sludge off by taking a dip in the mineral water swimming pools or wander around the small grounds which house a man-made waterfall and a decent restaurant. You will feel more refresh and healthy and totally like it.



After 3 days, tourists will find that Nha Trang offers more diverse entertainment than any city in Vietnam. Nha Trang is a perfect laid-back beach and it is more lively and urban in character than other beach destinations, which you cannot forget once you visit.
