We saw many places, and our tour guide and driver ensured we didn't miss anything on our list. They were always on time and made us feel safe and comfortable during our treks. Our guide provided a firsthand look at local life. It was fascinating to learn about the lifestyle of the people in the area.

Sapa's landscapes are pure beauty. The culture here is so unique, from clothing to food is really fascinating. All locals are friendly and some of them are fluent in English too.

Provides value for money and covers of the major sites in Sapa, guide was had very good English and knowledge of the various villages and area

Hotel whilst good appeared to have ben rushed to complete/open as it was new, and a number of services were not available, also appeared that the booking for my accommodation had not been organised as there was some confusion when we arrived

Tour guide was excellent and gave a fantastic insight into the culture
Food - set menus is too much food for 2 people to consume but a great taste of different cuisine.

Itinerary - would have been much better to be booked on the later train from Sapa to Hanoi as we arrived at 4.30 and nothing was open including our hotel.
Itinerary - would have liked the option to go to some of the local markets depending on what day they are being held.
