Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

  • Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
  • During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
  • The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
  • The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
  • Children under 5 years old are FOC, from 5 to under 9 years old are charged 50%, from 9 years old and above are charged as the adult.
  • 1 child under 5 years old is free with parent, more than that we will charge extra.

Full Day : Hanoi - Sung Sot Cave - Luon Cave - Titop Island - Hanoi


Morning

08:00 - 08:30: Our shuttle bus (book in the next step with an additional fee) picks you up from the hotel in Hanoi and follows the new highway to depart for Tuan Chau Island. Stop for a rest on the way.

Arriving at Tuan Chau Harbor, you will be welcomed aboard and then listen to a short cruise briefing.

Witness uninhabited islets and outcrops whose names have been given by the locals due to their perceived shapes, including Cock Fighting and Thumb.

Enjoy Vietnamese lunch on a boat while the boat slowly sails into Halong Bay.

Afternoon

Arrive at the Bo Hon archipelago. Here, you will visit Sung Sot Cave and sightsee magnificent stalagmites & stalactites. All of them were lit by multicolored lights positioned to complement the chamber's structural beauty.

Discover the incredible hidden lagoon of Luon Cave by kayak or on a bamboo boat. Enjoy a chilling time and immerse yourself in this area's unspoiled nature and peaceful energy.



Rowing boat trip to Luon Cave

Then, discover the beauty of Titop Island. Take your time to sunbathe on the white sandy beach or swim in the emerald water. You may also hike to the peak for a panoramic view of the bay with the towering limestone mountains.

Return to Alova Premium Cruise for the sunset partywith fruits, cakes, and tea. It's time to unwind on the sundeck with music and chat with fellow travelers among the world's iconic natural scenery.

Witness the sun slowly dip into the horizon, painting the sky with a gorgeous red hue while the boat cruises back toward Tuan Chau harbor.

17:45 - 18:00: Disembark the cruise and go back to Hanoi by limousine or shuttle bus (book in the next step with an additional fee).

The shuttle bus with your guide will pick you up at the meeting point in Hanoi Old Quarter at 8:00 - 8:30 and depart to visit Ha Long Bay along the new Highway.

From Cruise Port

You should arrive at Tuan Chau harbor before 11:30 to check in at around 12:00. Get on the boat, and you will start your visit to Halong Bay, enjoy the view, breathe the fresh air, and enjoy the most comfortable moments with the perfect services on board.

I was on this cruise on June 20, the group has around 20 people, not too many so it felt pretty comfortable. The boat is clean and beautiful. The food is delicious, fully according to the order, and the toilet on board was clean. The staff was very helpful, creating a warm and friendly feeling. The guide Hung was very enthusiastic and happy to welcome us.
Absolutely no problem happens.
Overall very good experience.

Although I went to Halong for only a day, thanks to Alova Cruise, I was able to see a lot. Kayaking in Luon Cave was so fun. The schedule is planned well. Nice staff on board. Very good!

The trip is nice for a first-time traveler like me. I visit the amazing Sung Sot Cave, kayak in another cave, and have a nice relaxing time at the beach. I wish I had more time to spend.

Amazing day cruise. The food for lunch was phenomenal. Great variety.
 
Please be aware there is a prohibition of single-use plastic in Halong Bay. Bring your glass bottle or a thermal flask.
