Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Customer
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Children Policy
- Rates for teenager of 12 years old and above will be charged as adult’s rate
- Children from 5 -11 years old: sharing bed with 02 adults charge 75% of an adult’s rate
- One child under 12 years old sharing cabin with an adult, charge as adult’s rate
- Children under 5 years old: free of charge (sharing EVERYTHING with parents)

La Regina Classic Cruise has 4 decks with a variety of amenities that satisfy up to 48 passengers onboard:
The 1st deck is the atmosphere for reception, spa and 12 Deluxe Ocean View Cabins spaced 15m2 each.
On the2nd deck,there are 08 Premium Ocean View Cabins, 02 Suite Cabins, and 02 Terrace Suite Cabins (16m2, 23m2, 27m2) along with a public rest room.
The3rd deck spends most of the space for a restaurant and a chilling bar corner.
Thesundeck features a relaxing sunchair and an outdoor lounge for guests’ refreshments.
Indoor Restaurant
Situated on the 3rd deck, our restaurant offers a wide range of beverages for up to 48 guests. Spend time relax, take in the views, and indulge in your favorite tasty meals.
Bar
Stayed on the other side of the restaurant, despite the small atmosphere, the bar can accommodate about 10 guests, creating a cozy and intimate setting suitable for close conversations among friends in a tranquil atmosphere.

From the moment of hotel pick-up until our return to the harbor, we had a positive experience. The service and activities provided met our expectations and were enjoyable. However, during the return journey from the harbor to our hotel in Hanoi, we encountered a slight issue. The pickup was not readily visible, and we had to seek assistance from the cruise manager, William, to contact the company and locate the driver. No contact number or explanation regarding the return leg arrangements was provided beforehand. Once William managed to locate the driver, everything was resolved and went smoothly.
My advice would be to ensure advance clarification and communication about the return journey to avoid any confusion or inconvenience.

We took the two-day, one-night La Regina cruise. Mr. Nick was a really helpful advisor. The rest of the cruise staff was also excellent, being very kind and welcoming. All could communicate in behavioral English. The cruise provided our family with really comfortable accommodation. We are vegetarians, yet the cuisine was incredible. The cooks prepared delicious vegetarian curries and pizzas. Overall, a positive experience, with special appreciation to Nick, the receptionists, chefs, and restaurant personnel for making this a memorable trip.

I loved the Suite room and the service! The entire crew was amazing. Mr. Tom (Thanh Dat) was extremely enjoyable to be around, and he made the experience much better!
If anything, I would say there was space for improvement in the meal since it appeared to be tailored to Western flavor palettes (everything was pretty bland and lacked spice), which was disappointing. However, given all of the other enjoyable aspects of the event, it was not a major problem. The culinary lesson and kayaking in the caverns were excellent!
